Leading Ukrainian Telecom operator is looking for Program Manager to join Project Management office to run strategic project and programs. Program Manager will responsible for managing all aspects of programs and projects implementation, including of scope definition, scheduling, resources planning, solution implementation and performance results review. Also, as part of assignment will supervision and mentoring of project managers, and in deep collaboration with Partner team to execute Program in as per scope, schedule and budget. To reach targets Program Manager has to successfully manage executive stakeholders expectations, as well as interact closely with business owners and technical teams with regular reporting executive level.
Responsibilities:
- Leads cross-functional strategic programs and projects end-to-end, including scoping, planning, resources allocation, implementation, testing and launch
- Monitors and continuously improve processes and communications to support continuous improvement
- Proactively monitoring progress of programs and projects, resolves issues and initiates appropriate corrective action
- Facilitates teams performance and on focuses on teams integration to achieve better results
- Ensures delivery is to the appropriate level of quality, as well as fulfillment of business and operational targets
- Manages communications with all stakeholders , including Executive level and execution of necessary reporting
- Executes of risk and change management processes
Education and Experience:
- 3+ years of professional experience in managing large scale enterprise programs and projects with strong technical background, delivering business value through technology or organizational changes
- Strong experience in managing and development of cross-functional and multinational team in challenging environment
- Experience in communication on executive level
- Experience in coaching and development of project teams, including project managers
Core skills:
- Fluent English is must
- Strong program management skills with project management certification is strong plus (PMP or similar)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of management accounting and project financials
- Proficient in main project management and collaboration tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence or similar)
