Program Manager, Sales Enablement

As Program Manager, Sales Enablement you’ll partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales Engineering teams to develop scalable enablement programs. Positioned at the intersection of sales, product, and program management, you’ll design and deliver high-impact programs that drive organizational success, leverage cross-functional partnerships, and produce quantifiable business outcomes. 

How you’ll make an impact 

  • Design and lead strategic field enablement initiatives that drive revenue growth, enhance sales effectiveness, and support key go-to-market priorities
  • Partner with and advise cross-functional leaders and team to equip field teams for product releases, messaging, and strategic initiatives through development of content and tools aligned with product strategy and business priorities
  • Support field success across key sales moments by enabling on topics like value selling, competitive differentiation, customer value storytelling, etc.
  • Support the planning and execution of key enablement events, including live trainings, virtual sessions, and global sales kickoffs
  • Support onboarding and continuous learning experiences for sales and technical audiences
  • Develop metrics and feedback loops to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and identify areas for improvement

What you’ll need to be successful

  • At least 5 years of experience in enablement, program management, or transferable roles supporting GTM within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Skilled at creating and delivering engaging training content for diverse field audiences
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for simplifying complex topics
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using feedback and performance metrics to improve outcomes
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environment

What will make you stand out

  • Experience partnering with Sales Engineers or Customer Success teams
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Mindtickle, or other LMS and sales enablement platforms
  • Background in sales, consulting, or product marketing
