We're looking for someone who can transform how our global teams manage, distribute and drive impact through our product marketing content, education and resources.

As our Product Content Programs Manager, you'll reinvent how we create, manage, distribute and measure product content across global markets. You'll own the development and optimization of our content operations systems, leveraging both traditional workflows and AI streamline our global product product content marketing operations.

This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring someone who's fluent in AI, technically savvy and can deeply collaborate across different levels of leadership. You'll work with cross-functional teams to own and optimize our product content operations, including repository management, localization operations, usage reporting and global content maintenance. 

We are looking for a remarkably detail-oriented and analytics program manager who can own our product content operations across strategy and execution on Product Marketing. This role is perfect for someone who wants to prove their impact on the business, speaks AI fluently with great communication project management experience skills. Primary Responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive content management systems that streamline our global product marketing operations
  • Develop data-driven content strategies that leverage analytics and AI insights to drive usage and meet customer and rep needs across products
  • Manage multiple product marketing content projects from kickoff to completion, ensuring successful delivery and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Explore and implement AI solutions to optimize and build operations that scale across teams, content topics and types
  • Implement robust quality control processes that ensure content accuracy and effectiveness, as well as maintaining brand voice and quality 
  • Create feedback loops with your stakeholders and their stakeholders with clear follow-up processes to create better operations and overall program 
  • Establish metrics and reporting frameworks to measure content effectiveness in driving usage and guide strategy
  • Create and maintain product content lifecycle plans with clear documentation, milestones, deliverables, timelines and status updates
  • Share insights with cross-functional organizations including Marketing, Sales, CS and Product to keep projects on track and stakeholders aligned
  • Coordinate with cross-functional programs managers to build and maintain project schedules that accommodate multiple stakeholders and deadlines

Role Qualifications

  • 2+ years of programs & project management experience, preferably in marketing, technology, or creative industries
  • Expertise in project management methodologies and best practices
  • Remarkable organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Asana 
  • Ability to build relationships and work effectively across teams and time zones
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
  • Problem-solving mindset and adaptability
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity and/or certifications with Asana required
