This role reports to the VP of Commercial Strategy and Planning.

We are seeking a Program Manager to lead the continued implementation of our New Distribution Capability (NDC) program across multiple airline partners and markets.

Role will be primarily focused on engaging with commercial stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective roll out of NDC across client base.

The Program Manager will act as a central coordination point between commercial teams, key business stakeholders, product and tech, ensuring structured rollout, governance, issue resolution, and consistent visibility of progress across all levels of the organisation.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan and manage NDC client migration.

  • Lead and manage rollout plans across countries, airline carriers, and clients.

  • Track and monitor client requests, maintaining detailed logs and escalation protocols.

  • Manage a dedicated NDC inbox, responding to inquiries, requests and communications.

  • Collaborate with commercial enablement teams to develop briefing materials and CGM messaging.

  • Collaborate with activation teams to support seamless client onboarding and migration processes.

  • Manage and communicate deployment plans, issues, risks, and escalations to a wider commercial audience.

  • Prepare and deliver program updates and status reports to steering committees

  • Support Program Managers with mapping client impact, project deliverables and helping to shape the point of arrival.

  • Develop and maintain clear project plans, timelines, and progress dashboards across workstreams.

  • Support change management processes across NDC implementation.

  • Drive accountability across teams, ensuring tasks, owners, and deliverables are well-defined.

  • Collaborate closely with a variety of teams to ensure readiness and smooth transition to live service.

  • Identify and escalate inter-dependencies impacting deployment timelines or business readiness.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience within the travel or airline distribution ecosystem (NDC or related transformation strongly preferred).

  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-market program deployments or technology rollouts.

  • Strong program and project management skills, with experience using structured tools and governance methods.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management capabilities

  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and coordinate diverse teams and stakeholders.

  • Experience using Smartsheet, One Note, Excel, Salesforce would be beneficial.

  • Strong organisational, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience working in a hybrid or matrix environment with global stakeholders.
