The OpportunitySuperhuman's Growth Acquisition team spans both paid and organic channels, managing significant annual paid spend alongside a growing organic motion, across four brands and two routes to market. As the team scales, there is a real opportunity to define how business units engage with acquisition in a structured, scalable way, and this role is at the center of making it happen.
Working closely with our Growth Biz Ops lead, who is designing the operating model, you will be the day-to-day operator bringing it to life across Superhuman's four business units: Mail, Docs, Agents, and Go. This is a hands-on execution role, and you will run the operational system in real time, serving as the primary coordination point between business units and the acquisition team across both paid and organic programs.
This is the right role for someone who moves fast, brings structure to ambiguity, and manages multiple stakeholders without losing momentum.
What Makes This Role Electric:
You'll be embedded with the Acquisition team at the center of a BU x RTM matrix - serving four business units (Mail, Docs, Agents, and Go) across both self-serve Growth (B2C) and Managed (B2B) motions.
You’ll build something that doesn’t fully exist yet—designing the inbound workflows, alerting systems, and coordination layer that connects business units to the acquisition team. This is operational design, not just execution.
You’ll work at the intersection of paid acquisition strategy and GTM operations, developing fluency across channels, teams, and investment decisions that most PMs never see up close.
You’ll partner directly with senior leaders across GTM, acquisition, and BU teams, bringing structure and signal to decisions that matter.
In this role, you will:
Work closely with the Paid and Organic Acquisition teams as an embedded partner, supporting day-to-day operations across BU workstreams
Own day-to-day project management across paid and organic acquisition programs for all four business units (Mail, Docs, Agents, and Go), tracking progress, managing timelines, and ensuring work moves forward without bottlenecks
Route and triage web and organic requests to the appropriate TPMs and channel owners, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks and handoffs are clean
Serve as the primary point of contact for business units seeking acquisition support across paid and organic channels, fielding requests, setting expectations, and managing intake
Manage BU onboarding into acquisition workflows, including creative intake and test hypothesis standards for both paid and organic programs
Maintain the stakeholder map across all BUs, keeping DRIs, PM/PMMs, data science, and engineering contacts current
Support cross-BU project prioritization, helping surface tradeoffs and keep decision-making informed
Build and maintain visibility into program status across all four BU workstreams, serving as a go-to point of contact who can speak knowledgeably to paid acquisition programs, filtering signal from noise to surface what paid acquisition teams actually need to act on, while keeping broader stakeholders informed without contributing to information overload
Facilitate the quarterly BU investment review process, ensuring pitches are well-structured and budget allocation decisions are well-supported
Surface friction points and work with the Biz Ops lead to refine the operating model over time
Design and maintain proactive alerting and notification workflows that route the right information to the right stakeholders - translating scattered updates into structured, reliable inbound processes
Connect multiple sources of truth across teams and tools into a single usable process that stakeholders can rely on
6 to 8+ years of program or project management experience in a marketing, growth, or operations environment
Proven experience managing cross-functional stakeholders across multiple concurrent workstreams
Strong process orientation with the ability to implement, document, and improve systems in a fast-moving environment
Familiarity with paid acquisition at a working level, understanding how campaigns are structured, which launches or changes are consequential, and knowing what warrants escalation.
Comfort leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows, reduce manual lift, and improve how information is organized and communicated across programs
Experience with Coda, Notion, Jira, Asana, or similar project management tools preferred
Strong time management and meeting discipline; able to manage high-volume launches, tentpole moments, and cross-BU coordination while maintaining clear, consistent communication across all stakeholders
Bonus: experience reducing information overload and improving how fast-moving teams scale internal communication
