Working in close collaboration with the Business Division Head and the Divisional PM Head, drive process standardization and harmonized portfolio management at all responsible sites, both vertically within the Division as well as horizontally across other Business Divisions by ensuring alignment with peers in those areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive culture, attitude, behaviour and engagement consistent with the 5 Key Principles of Program Management
- Promote PM core processes, systems and excellence in execution by ensuring Divisional PM Teams are following the standard PM policies and procedures
- Divisional expert in all aspects of PM Standard Work. Organize & deliver site specific, focused training as an addendum to e-learning
- Leverage and promote group-wide standard tools, e.g. Planview, IBP/DPT, Flying Carpet etc.
- Working in collaboration with the Site PM Heads, continually reinforce the data quality expectations of Program Management
- Provide support and guidance to PM Site based teams as the need arises
- Promote seamless collaboration across the Division and with Group functions
- Provide external support/expertise for cross-divisional projects and/or site emergency care where required
- Carry out periodic site audits to evaluate deployment of Global initiatives e.g. PM Standard Work, PM Curriculum, Risk Management robustness/granularity of project plans, critical project portfolio reviews etc.
- Support the PM Academy by assisting with PM related training and development if required
- Working in collaboration with the PM Excellence Coordination and Community Manager, identify best practice sharing and process improvements and ensure visibility of output across the Global PM Team
- Develop an open “Internal Lessons Learned” process for error prevention through shared experience.
- Act as a potential coach and/or mentor for individual PMs as required
Key requirements:
- Bachelors or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in life sciences sector
- Project Management certification
- Proficiency in English
