You will work closely with a multi-disciplinary engineering team and will have full authority to lead planning activities within the programmatic guidelines set by the program manager and customer. Additionally, you will analyze existing tools, and/or build new tools to analyze data to help the leadership team, as well as Government customers, manage our projects.

- Partner with program managers, functional engineering managers, and factories to ensure program goals, requirements, and needs are understood and achieved.
- Monitor project plans and execution to ensure technical and work scope requirements, schedule, and budget are well defined and maintained.
- Ensure engineering efforts are planned and executed in accordance with company policies, procedures, processes, and best practices.
- Provide the coordination between the engineering team and functional managers to ensure all necessary reviews are conducted and approvals are received.
- Collaborate with government points of contact to define strategic direction and requirements, ensuring seamless integration into program Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and established financial frameworks.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related degree / equivalent experience
- Prior Program Controls experience working with various contract types
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel and Power BI.
- Experience implementing Earned Value Management processes
- Analytical, and strategic problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with diverse work teams
- Active Secret clearance
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Knowledge of the AEGIS Combat System (ACS) and AEGIS Weapon System (AWS)
