What You’ll Do
- In charge of the deployment, configuration, and integration of Tufin products in customer environments.
- Support project activities throughout the implementation lifecycle, including documentation, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting during deployment and integration activities.
- Participate in remote engagements with customers across the EMEA region.
- Continuously develop your skills in networking, security, and automation technologies.
Location: Remote with occasional travel
- Solid understanding of networking and internet technologies (TCP/IP, routing, switching, NAT, VLANs, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with Linux systems and a strong willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with network security products or technologies, such as firewalls or network segmentation tools.
- Scripting knowledge (Bash, Python, or similar) is a plus.
- Relevant certifications (Cisco, Check Point, Palo Alto Networks, or cloud security) are advantageous but not required.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; comfortable engaging with customers.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for customer projects or training (up to 20% of the time).
- Fluency in French or German languages (both written and spoken) - Mandatory.
