About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the deployment of Next-Gen SIEM solutions for our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the project lifecycle, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery, and meeting client expectations. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing IT projects, specifically in the security domain, strong communication and organization skills, and a deep understanding of SIEM solutions. The project manager will work closely with the technical team, sales, and customer stakeholders to plan, execute, and monitor project progress.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the project lifecycle, from pre-kickoff to closure, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation plans, and project schedules to ensure successful project execution.

  • Create project collateral and artifacts to build an effective project management practice.

  • Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements, gather project information, and provide project updates.

  • Lead and manage a team of technical resources, including engineers and consultants, to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop contingency plans to ensure project success.

  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, product, and support teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication.

  • Ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with industry best practices, and that clients receive high-quality services.

  • Conduct project post-implementation reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to improve future project delivery.

What You’ll Need:

  • 5+ years of experience in managing IT projects, specifically in the security domain.

  • Strong understanding of SIEM solutions, including their architecture, functionality, and implementation.

  • Proven experience in managing projects using standard methodologies, including waterfall and Agile.

  • Excellent project management skills, including project planning, risk management, and team management.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients, technical teams, and internal stakeholders.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SIEM solutions, such as Splunk, IBM QRadar, Exabeam, or LogRhythm.

  • Certification in project management, such as PMP.

  • Experience with cloud-based SIEM solutions.

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to equal pay for equal work in its compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $95,000 - $160,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location.
