Are you a professional searching for a new challenge? As a  Products and Solution Engineer you will be our technical expert in Tank pressure relief, flame arrestors and Industrial regulators. This role acts as a key liaison between sales, product management, engineering, production, and customers to deliver customized valve solutions that meet industry standards and specific customer requirements.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Develop and deliver optimal technical and commercial solutions based on customer specifications and operating conditions.
  • Prepare detailed technical proposals, including sizing, material selection, and compliance with international standards (ASME, API, PED, etc.).
  • Ensure all solutions comply with local regulations and engineering best practices.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain and pricing teams to define and validate list pricing.
  • Coordinate with engineering, product management, production, and quality teams to ensure successful delivery of customized or complex solutions.
  • Guarantee that all proposals are technically sound, commercially verified, and tailored to meet customer application and operational needs.
  • Participate in customer meetings to support technical discussions and solution alignment.
  • Provide technical support to the sales team during both pre-sales and post-sales activities.
  • Collaborate with others WA and products manager in HQ to build competitor technical survey.
  • Conduct training sessions and offer technical support to internal teams and external clients.
  • Utilize standardized European and Business Unit processes for product sizing, design, and pricing.
  • Support strategic growth initiatives by promoting PRM solutions and capabilities.
  • Contribute to global New Product Development (NPD) efforts and support product launches in Europe through training and customer engagement.

Effectively partner with others to get work done and communicate in various settings: one-on-one, small and large groups, and communicate diversely with different position levels. To acquire data from multiple sources when solving problems. Break down objectives into appropriate initiatives and actions. Act with a clear sense of ownership. 


For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Educated to HNC/Degree level in an engineering discipline or equivalent, or min 2 years of relevant experience within the industry.
  • Experience of using product and business systems and standard business tools.
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate at both technical and commercial level.
  • English fluency to business standard essential.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • Experience of operating within the Process Control Industry is advantageous
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate well across a matrix organization
  • Proficient experience with valves sizing tools or knowledge.
  • Experience with Industrial Regulators or Pressure and  Tank Relief Valve products will be a plus.
