Find Your Role:

We’re looking for experienced Productivity Managers to join our team and drive transformational change across key areas of our business. In this role, you’ll lead a portfolio of productivity initiatives and projects, shaping the operating model for your area of specialism. You’ll work at the heart of our strategy, engaging senior stakeholders and presenting regularly to the Executive Board. This is a high-impact role for big players with the capacity and capability to progress within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and deliver a portfolio of productivity initiatives and projects within your business area
  • Shape and embed the operating model for your area, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
  • Engage and influence senior stakeholders across the organisation
  • Present progress and outcomes to the Executive Board
  • Lead and inspire an agile team to deliver transformational change
  • Drive measurable improvements in efficiency and performance

Lets Find Out About You:

  • A proven track record of managing large-scale, transformational projects in complex environments.
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders and thrive when influencing at the highest level.
  • A natural leader who can engage teams and drive results.
  • Formal project management qualifications (e.g., Prince2, Agile, Lean Six Sigma) are advantageous but not essential
  • What matters most is your ability to deliver impact and shape the future of our business.

Over and above this, each area of Asda may have additional requirements which may require spending more days in the office, visiting suppliers, stores or depots.
