We are seeking a freelance Production Coordinator to start ASAP until end of June. Based in London.

Key Responsibilities
The Production Coordinator will support the Production Manager with the day-to-day coordination of crew bookings, logistics, and production operations.

Key responsibilities include organising and booking suppliers, coordinating local crew and runner hires, and ensuring smooth communication across all production departments throughout the project.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Strong organisational skills with experience coordinating live events, schedules, logistics, and production documentation 
  •  Excellent communication skills when liaising with clients, suppliers, venues, crew, and internal teams 
  •  Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail 
  •  Proactive and solutions-focused approach in fast-paced live entertainment environments 
  •  Confident using production management systems, budgeting tools, and Google Workspace
