About the Role

We are looking to connect with experienced Production Coordinators to support our high-end productions. 

The roles will be starting in the new year and will plan to run until the end of the year. The positions advertised, will be a mix of full time hybrid working (office, on location and at home) depending on the productions needs. 

One PC position will be 'office/home' based with no location work, so please let us know your preference when applying - 'no location work' or 'location work' position. 

We would like PC's to be London based. 

As a Production Coordinator at Box to Box, you will be central to organising and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of production. You will assist the Production Manager in coordinating shoot logistics, booking crew and kit, managing paperwork, tracking costs, and liaising with contributors and editorial teams. You will help ensure schedules are on track and that all compliance, health and safety, and legal requirements are met.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience as a Production Coordinator in TV or film, ideally at a senior level.
  • Strong logistical and organisational skills, with great attention to detail.
  • Confident managing multiple tasks and working under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A calm, solutions-focused approach and a collaborative mindset.
