Production
- Complete picking, packing and filling activities accurately and consistently in line with established procedures.
- Contribute to the reliable preparation of production bundles that support our wider patient-focused mission.
- Launch production orders following make-to-stock and make-to-order strategies
- Apply and Follow Medical Devices production standards (GxPs)
- Perform line clearance process
Warehouse
- Preparing outgoing shipments and maintain shipment records
- Inspecting the stocks and reporting about the damaged products in SOPHiA GENETICS structured systems
- Recording all the materials received in SOPHiA GENETICS ERP & Using warehouse management systems
- Managing cleanliness and tidiness of the warehouse on a day to day basis
- Following all the warehouse safety procedures and guidelines
Requirements
- Previous experience in production, manufacturing, packing, fulfilment or a comparable hands-on environment.
- You'll bring direct working experience within in the field of warehousing and logistics inventory coordination and/or purchasing and transport
- Direct exposure to Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical or similar scientific product with knowledge of GxPs or GMP with regulated or chemical products.
- Comfortable using ERP Software and the Microsoft Office suite.
- You'll be meticulous, highly organised and comfortable working at pace.
- Strong fluency in English is required.
