Key Responsibilities

·         Support the Production Team in delivering high-quality production services that consistently exceed client expectations.

·         Assist Production Managers with day-to-day tasks including equipment allocation, technical drawings, logistics planning, and project administration.

·         Assist with project/event accounts administration.

·         Manage equipment dry hire enquiries to include producing accurate quotations and confirmations

·         Provide hands-on support during the delivery of live events.

·         Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues, suppliers, and clients.

·         Help maintain organisation across multiple projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

Skills and Qualifications

·         A genuine passion for delivering exceptional events.

·         Some previous experience in event production or event support.

·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Excellent punctuality and time management.

·         Sharp organisational skills and a proactive attitude.

·         A willingness to learn and get involved in all areas of production.

Working Hours

This is a full-time role based on a 37.5-hour working week from our Castle Donington facility. However, due to the nature of event installation and operation, flexibility is essential. Shifts may include early starts, late finishes, and a mix of weekdays and weekends.

Employee benefits:

·         Competitive salary (based on experience)

·         Overtime opportunities

·         Company pension scheme

·         Company bonus scheme

·         Training & progression opportunities.

As an equal opportunities employer, On Event Production Co. is committed to the equal treatment of all current and prospective employees and does not condone discrimination on the basis of age, disability, sex, sexual orientation, pregnancy and maternity, race or ethnicity, religion or belief, gender identity, or marriage and civil partnership.

We aspire to have a diverse and inclusive workplace and strongly encourage suitably qualified applicants from a wide range of backgrounds to apply and join our team.

Please note, the successful applicant will be asked to provide 2 references and complete a basic DBS check.
