Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking a Production and Inventory Coordinator to join the BSL Northport Fulfillment Support Team located in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Our Production and Inventory Coordinators support a fast-paced fabrication team by supplying tools and components, shipping and receiving, monitoring and maintaining inventory, and material handling. This position will work on 1st and/or 2nd shift and is 100% on-site.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Processes and moves materials into and out of storage, production and other locations to support the flow of production
  • Monitors work in process and communicates status of parts and materials using automated systems and manual reporting methods to insure parts availability
  • Identifies and solves problems or discrepancies with parts and materials
  • Coordinates with various functions to set priorities, expedite and complete production activities to avoid schedule delays
  • Operates forklift, crane, and box truck as required

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 1+ years of Warehouse experience
  • 1+ years of experience operating a Forklift
  • 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to lift, push and pull up to 35 pounds frequently within an 8-hour shift
  • Ability to walk, stand, climb and descend stairs, bend and lift items, package materials and unload materials from containers frequently throughout the shift

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • 1+ years of experience working with inventory management systems
  • 1+ years of experience in the materials planning or inventory control process role
  • 1+ years of experience in Aerospace, Fabrication, or Manufacturing
  • 1+ years of experience using lean manufacturing principles
  • 1+ years of experience in shipping and receiving

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range: $46,750 - 63,250
