Responsibilities
- Provide operational support and maintenance for medium- to large-scale software applications and projects
- Support training efforts and onboarding for new users by providing guidance and documentation.
- Maintain detailed records of support cases, including actions taken and outcomes, using appropriate ticketing or issue tracking systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, perform analysis, and deliver high-quality solutions
- Exhibit strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to address technical challenges effectively.
- Demonstrate a proactive, positive attitude and contribute actively as a reliable and collaborative team member
- Solution and delivery oriented with ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (MSc in Computer Science is a plus).
- Experience in SQL & relational databases, with emphasis on MS SQL Server 2012 or higher
- Very good understanding and experience in Application Servers (IIS) and Windows server environments
- Familiarity with web apps, mainly in Angular as front-end and .NET Core as backend
- Familiarity with integration / functional / UI Automation testing is a plus
- Good knowledge of Application Servers (IIS) and Windows server environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to dynamic business requirements.
- Excellent command of Greek & English language
