Product Support Engineer

What You Will Do

Your Role As a Product Support Engineer, you will be a key player in driving aftermarket services and maintaining strong customer relationships. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing commissioning support for new SABROE equipment.

  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical product inquiries.

  • Managing warranty and technical support processes.

  • Offering installation guidance, operating advice, and training.

  • Traveling to customer sites across the UK&I and occasionally to Europe.

  • Preparing detailed technical reports and coordinating support efforts.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in the Industrial Refrigeration and Heat Pump market.

  • Strong working knowledge of refrigeration systems in industrial and commercial settings.

  • Prior experience in service and commissioning (SABROE knowledge is an advantage).

  • Hands-on expertise in refrigeration systems using ammonia as a refrigerant.

  • A commitment to continuous learning and staying ahead of industry developments.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical details to non-technical audiences.

  • Ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications

  • F-GAS 2079 card

  • Ammonia handling certification

  • NVQ Level 3 in Refrigeration or equivalent qualification (City & Guilds, etc.)
