Product SpecialistWhy We Have This Role

Qualtrics leads the way in Experience Management—one of the fastest-growing tech categories—as a Product Specialist you will be at the forefront of this global movement. The role consists of providing technical break-fix support for all customers, including top enterprise and academic Qualtrics users globally in a collaborative environment. You will be supporting clients through phone, email and chat channels troubleshooting issues to unblock their situation and assist in fueling the XM programs for clients.

How You’ll Grow

  • Your analytical skills are critical as you respond to clients (including Fortune 500 employees, tenured professors, and small business owners) via phone, email, or chat

Things You’ll Do

  • Staff a 24/7, in-office technical support team, resolving technical issues for global customers in both English and Japanese.
  • Use your analytical and problem solving skills to respond to technical support needs
  • Work with customers ranging from grad students to Chief Marketing Officers
  • Help companies from startups to the Fortune 500 across all industries identify solutions to achieve their business goals
  • Constantly learn and adapt as our products and technologies change
  • Work with your team to solve customer questions in an in-office environment three days a week

What We’re Looking For On Your Resume

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a top university.
  • Hard-working self-starter 
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Ability to communicate and teach complicated concepts.
  • Detail-orientation with an ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Interest in Technology/SaaS industry.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Technical or hard science major or minor.
  • Prior instructing, research, or tutoring experience.
  • Coding classes and/or coding skills (MATLAB, R, Python, VB, Java, CSS, HTML, etc.).
