What will you be doing?

You’ll be the go-to expert for our Shoulder portfolio, driving growth and market share across your territory. Picture yourself partnering with surgeons, supporting clinical demonstrations, and leading product launches. You’ll guide and upskill the regional sales team, convert key targets, and ensure our advanced technologies reach the right hands. Every day brings new opportunities to influence strategy, develop key opinion leaders, and shape the future of sports medicine in the UK.

What will you need to be successful?

Success in this role means being a trusted advisor and a confident sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll need:

Proven experience in medical device sales (minimum 3 years) or marketing within the sector
Strong knowledge of clinical procedures and competitor landscape
Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
A full clean driving licence and flexibility to travel extensively (50–75%)
