Are you ready to make a real impact in orthopaedics? This is your chance to join a global leader in a newly created role, an opportunity to shape the future of orthopaedic revision surgery across the M1 Corridor to the East of England. If you thrive on building relationships, driving growth, and supporting cutting-edge surgical solutions, this role is for you.

What will you be doing?

As a Senior Orthopaedic Revision Sales Specialist you will be the trusted expert for our revision portfolio, working hand-in-hand with surgeons and priority accounts to deliver exceptional outcomes. Your role will take you into operating theatres, supporting complex procedures and ensuring successful adoption of innovative technologies, including robotics.

You’ll have the freedom to define how we approach this market, influence strategy, and make a visible impact from day one. You will lead the charge in acquiring new customers in high-volume centres, develop tailored account plans, and collaborate with Account Managers and Area Business Managers to execute tactical sales strategies. From supporting tender submissions and pitches to driving new product launches, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of revision surgery. Alongside this, you will gather market intelligence, identify growth opportunities, and nurture relationships with key opinion leaders to strengthen our market position.

Due to the geography of this position, you will be ideally located around Northampton-shire, Cambridgeshire or Hertfordshire.

What will you need to be successful?

Success in this role means being a trusted partner to our customers and an ambassador for innovation. You’ll need:

  • Proven sales experience within the pharmaceutical or medical devices sector, with strong expertise in orthopaedics, including revision procedures.

  • A degree in Life Sciences, Business Management or an equivalent qualification

  • The ability to work independently, travel extensively across your territory, and manage multiple priorities

  • Resilience, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative approach that inspires confidence in both customers and colleagues
