We are looking to hire an intern to the Product Chief of Staff who will have the opportunity to support Swift’s strategic initiatives. The individual will join the Product team and support in various AI related reporting, data analytics and organisational presentation tasks as part of supporting the Chief of staff and wider Product organisation.
As part of this internship the individual will get to work on Microsoft tools like Copilot, Excel, Powerpoint and Sharepoint along with gain business acumen across different tribes forming the Product organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and update reports on excel to track success metrics for the Product organisation
- Use copilot to streamline information and create smarter and visually appealing outcomes.
- Creation and maintenance of SharePoint sites
- Updating of strategic collaterals on Microsoft PowerPoint using Swift Branding guidelines
Requirements and Skills:
- Must have interest in Finance and technology
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
