The Revenue Product team drives innovation and performance across our advertising platform, empowering businesses to achieve success and measurable growth through advertising on Snap. Our team combines Ads Product Management, Product Marketing, Marketing Science and Measurement, and Solutions Engineering to build solutions that deliver impactful results for advertisers. We ensure Snap's ad products are effective, efficient, and customer-centric, enabling businesses to connect meaningfully with our global community.

We're looking for a Product Program Manager to join our Revenue Product team at Snap Inc.

What you’ll do:

  • Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of key initiatives across product, engineering, and design teams. This role is critical in ensuring smooth workflows, strategic alignment, and efficient execution of projects within the Advertiser Experience ecosystem.

  • Advertiser Experience Weekly Meetings: Lead weekly syncs with the Advertiser Experience Product and Engineering teams to discuss team updates, address pressing topics, and align on priorities.

  • Design Planning Coordination: Run planning meetings with UI design teams, ensuring they are aligned with the Advertiser Experience roadmap and aware of upcoming features requiring their input or investment.

  • Engineering Resource Planning: Manage the engineering timeline on a weekly basis, identifying resourcing needs and adjusting project timelines, as needed.

  • Dashboard Management: Oversee the development of Advertiser Experience measurement and insights dashboards, ensuring they provide actionable data and define a roadmap for continuous improvement with the Data Science team.

  • Ticket Management & Prioritization: Monitor inbound requests via Slack and JIRA on Advertiser Experience escalations, triaging and assigning them to the appropriate Product Managers and Engineers while best prioritizing issues based on impact and urgency.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to deliver outstanding results in a fast-paced but collaborative and kind environment

  • Ability to build trust with engineers, data science and other cross-functional teams

  • Ability to define and analyze success metrics and input metrics

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands on experience across the entire product lifecycle including: defining product needs, prioritization, pre/post-launch execution

Compensation

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.

Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):

The base salary range for this position is $142,000-$214,000 annually.


 

Zone B:

The base salary range for this position is $135,000-$203,000 annually.

Zone C:

The base salary range for this position is $121,000-$182,000 annually.
