About the role

Assist the Product Portfolio function in product lifecycle coordination and product performance analysis for Charlotte Tilbury Beauty. The Product Portfolio team is responsible for the supervision of Charlotte Tilbury’s entire product assortment. This function is uniquely positioned to interact regularly with a wide variety of departments beyond NPD including Marketing, Commercial, Supply Chain and Finance. This role offers the opportunity to interface with global and regional stakeholders at various levels of the organisation, including Senior Leadership, and have direct impact on key business decisions and the company’s long-term strategy.

As Product Portfolio Manager you will

Product Portfolio Performance Analysis

Supporting the Product Portfolio function on all product performance analysis related tasks. Including

  • Data collection and manipulation for key business reports on new product performance, providing accurate data to keep the business informed on recent launches KPIs
  • Report on full product portfolio performance and generate key insights in preparation for regular Product Portfolio meetings as well as ad hoc reviews to steer portfolio strategy on optimising the product assortment

NPD Forecasting

Assist in managing the end-to-end NPD forecasting process (both retail and non-retail), ensuring all steps of the cycle are well managed, achieving deadlines, and completing a successful forecasting cycle. Including

  • Coordination of meetings and briefing material
  • Work on in-depth analysis of forecast submissions versus key indicators required by the business to surface key points of resolution ahead of presentation
  • Support in providing final submission of the forecast to the Supply Chain team for procurement
  • Assist with collation of sampling forecast and upkeep of related Portfolio documents, actively coordinating with the Supply Chain and Procurement team

 Product Portfolio Management

  • Contribute to the coordination of the full product portfolio, supporting the team in making key business recommendations on new product development and discontinuations

NPD & OPS meeting

  • Actively participating in the meeting between New Product Development and Supply Chain together with the team to ensure launches are on track and flagging risks to critical milestones

Who you will work with

  • You will report into the Head of Product Portfolio  
  • Supporting the Director, Heads of Product Development and Product Portfolio Team

About you

  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to multi-task, particularly under pressure
  • Accuracy and thoroughness and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of MS Office systems, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
  • Advanced numerical, analytical, and data manipulation skills
  • Ability to share findings in a simple and coherent manner
