We’re looking for Product Owners who want to make a difference.

At Clarion Housing Group, we’re making websites and apps that are simpler, more accessible, and more useful.

We build products for a wide range of use cases – from residents managing their homes and tenancies, to buyers looking for a new property, and staff working behind the scenes.

About the role

As part of our Product & User Experience team, you will focus on unpicking complex services to create and improve simple, intuitive digital products for Clarion customers and staff.

You will champion the needs of our customers while also understanding the technical landscape behind our products and turn user needs into products and features through iterative delivery.

Essential requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Bring proven experience in product ownership
  • Be confident working with technology, data, and multi-channel customer services
  • Have strong skills in stakeholder management and process mapping

As a Product Owner you will:

  • Work together with a Product Manager to own a product development and continuous improvement roadmap
  • Research and understand customer needs and business problems, working with business and technology stakeholders to get solutions prioritised
  • Map and decompose large and complex processes, considering the customer and frontline colleague experience, data flows and system integrations.
  • Lead collaboration with the business and work with cross-functional teams, including design, software engineering, application, and data specialists, to design solutions
  • Plan and co-ordinate the delivery of new products and enhancements

What we’re looking for

You’ll be confident with product delivery, technology and data and have a passion for simple and accessible user experiences. If you can bring fresh perspectives to our team and you are eager to grow, then we want to hear from you now!
