Insignis's growing product team is looking for a Product Owner to join the team. As part of this role will you support the wider product team in delivering key features. You will work on a variety of projects with differing stakeholders based on our changing priorities as we progress through our product roadmap. As result you will need to be someone who enjoys variety and is able to manage context switching from one project to another.
Your contributions will have a direct impact on the experience our customers through wide reaching feature launches.
Requirements
The role will be varied by design as you support different teams based on the priorities, here is an example of some of the work you will get involved:
- Drive Product Operations improvements through Implementing and monitoring an SLA framework to improve efficiency for solving customer service requests. You will implement automated reporting so these SLA’s are continuously monitored.
- Support in the enhancement of our customer service infrastructure as we look to further evolve Salesforce, Zendesk and our customer call software to enable us to improve how we serve our customers.
- Support key enhancements to our ledger system such as interest calculations methods and transactions state visibility.
- You will play a key role in sprint planning and owning the team’s backlog, providing engineering teams with clarity and be expected to lead end of sprint demos to showcase your work.

- Action oriented mindset, contributing to improving best practices and refining the product ownership processes.
- Able to identify dependencies and challenges and creatively work to resolve them to safeguard the delivery plan for your engineering team.
- You prioritise outcomes over output.
- Live and breathe product and love working with engineering and test colleagues.
- You are a self-starter, are curious and actively takes ownership to deliver outcomes.

Working Pattern
We recognise the value of in person collaboration and operate a hybrid working model from our London office. Our teams work onsite 3 days a week (Tuesday to Thursday) and remotely for 2 days, providing flexibility alongside the benefits of working together.
