Our mission is to enable everyone to build wealth

We reinvent how trading and investing work by creating exceptional products people love. Fostering a culture of excellence and high velocity is the key to our success. Тoday, we serve over 4.5 million clients, with more than €30 billion in assets under management - a testament to the scale and trust we’ve built in just a few years.

About the role:

We’re looking for a Product Manager who thrives in high-velocity environments and wants to build products that impact millions of people worldwide. This isn’t about managing tickets - it’s about owning outcomes end-to-end and turning vision into execution at speed, without compromising quality or compliance.

You’ll excel if you can solve complex problems, move quickly from idea to delivery, and bring structure to ambiguity. You’ll work side by side with engineers, designers, and data experts who share the same drive for fast, meaningful impact.

What you'll do:
  • Own products from vision → delivery → iteration, ensuring rapid execution.

  • Break down complex, cross-functional problems into clear, actionable steps.

  • Drive fast decision-making while integrating compliance requirements.

  • Partner closely with engineering, design, and data to deliver at pace.

  • Continuously measure, learn, and iterate to maximize impact.

What we're looking for:
  • High-velocity execution - you move fast, prioritize well, and deliver consistently.

  • Strong sense of ownership - you think and act like a builder.

  • Passion for impact - fintech at scale excites you.

  • Attention to detail - you care about getting things right, even at speed.

  • T-shaped skill set - deep in one domain (programming, design, business, or data), fluent across many.

  • Complex problem solver - comfortable navigating ambiguity and regulation.

What we offer:
  • Challenges that will help you grow and realize your potential really fast

  • Opportunity to make a significant impact - you will build innovative services and see them used by millions of investors

  • Work with smart, spirited, helpful, high-performing colleagues with a common goal

  • An environment where nothing is set in stone. Ideas over hierarchy

  • Appreciation for your talent and ideas

  • Generous remuneration package, including annual bonuses

  • Excellent social benefits package, including private health insurance, wellbeing allowance and 25 days of paid vacation per year

Are you ready to accelerate your career with us? We'd love to hear from you!

We thank all applicants, but only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.

All personal data of applicants is protected by the law and will be treated with strict confidentiality.
