What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to define a clear product vision and strategy.
- Continuously refine and prioritise the product backlog based on market trends, customer feedback, and strategic goals.
- Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development teams and maintain focus on delivering user value.
- Lead agile sprint planning sessions, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews to align efforts with priorities.
- Oversee product releases, ensuring smooth execution and monitoring post-launch metrics to drive improvements.
- Act as a champion for the product, fostering cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, marketing, and customer support teams.
- Engage directly with customers to gather insights, identify pain points, and prioritise feature requests for maximum impact.
What You’ll Bring:
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, Business, etc.) or equivalent experience.
- Proven expertise as a Product Owner, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- A deep understanding of SaaS business models, agile principles, and product development methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Passion for technology, innovation, and delivering exceptional user experiences.
