We urgently need POs in London working 3 days/week from client site.  

About the role within Mobile Security team: 

Our team is accountable for security within the mobile channel. We provide a suite of mobile security components, that provides an all round security posture in mobile apps including associated services (penetration testing, obfuscation, consultancy etc.). 

Our mission is to build a scalable, adaptable, and proactive approach to securing LBGʼs mobile apps, enabling mobile engineers across the bank to operate with confidence and agility in an ever-evolving threat landscape. 

As a Product Owner, within a product squad you'll work alongside engineers and wider platform teams, and will help turn the Product vision into a reality. You will own the end-to-end developer experience, making sure that adopting our product is as easy and seamless as possible. 

As a Product Owner you will: 

· Work with the Senior Product Owner and Principal engineer in developing the Team OKRs, technical roadmap for our product and coordinate delivery. Own, prioritise, refine and manage the Team Product backlog. 

· Work closely with the wider product team and stakeholders to align on product releases and cross team priorities. 

· Make critical decisions about what features to build, when to release, and how to allocate resources. You will balance technical feasibility, business value, and user impact. 

· Bridge the gap between business and technology. They will facilitate communication, resolve conflicts, and ensure everyone is aligned toward the product vision. 

· Be accountable for Product change governance (e.g., CMIA / SPFIA) and Business Readiness activities (e.g.,training and comms, testing and readiness for implementation) for the technology components we build. 

· Protect autonomy of the Team so they can focus on the product development 

What skills do you need to make an impact in this role: 

· Demonstrable skills in Product management and delivery. 

· Excellent analytical, problem solving, and strategic thinking skills 

· Show ability to operate in a technical environment and able to challenge and understand complex technical requirements 

· Proficient in Agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban and having extensively used JIRA and Confluence. 

· Experience of collaboratively working with the scrum teams, engaging and shaping work with them to deliver on OKRs. 

· Experience of working in financial services or other highly regulated environments 

· Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels

· Experience working with technical and cross-functional teams to deliver change 

· Proven experience in strategic / complex transformations
