Role Overview Join beqom - where tech meets impact

beqom is a high-growth B2B SaaS company powered by Intentional AI that provides industry-leading tools for pay equity and transparency, compensation, and performance management. Trusted by leading global enterprises, beqom empowers HR leaders to make smarter, compliant pay decisions that win and keep top talent.

Role Overview

We're looking for a Product Owner to join our Product team and help shape the future of our Pay Transparency module - covering Communication Rounds, Information Requests, and Pay Remediation.

You'll work hand-in-hand with our Principal Product Manager and directly with customers to define real-world use cases, then partner with design and engineering to turn those use cases into high-quality, high-impact features. This is a chance to work on a product area that's rapidly growing in importance as pay transparency legislation (like the EU Pay Transparency Directive) reshapes how companies approach compensation.

What you'll be doing

  • Help shape the roadmap for the Pay Transparency functional area, working closely with the Product Manager
  • Partner with engineering to execute on the roadmap — writing user stories and running backlog grooming sessions
  • Collaborate with UX designers to ensure new feature designs meet customer needs and stay consistent with the rest of the product
  • Work with Product Managers and Product Owners across other modules to align priorities and keep the broader roadmap coherent
  • Prioritize the user story backlog and clearly communicate the what and why behind each feature to engineering
  • Partner with our Product Knowledge team to keep documentation current as new functionality ships

What you bring

  • Experience building and delivering B2B / Enterprise SaaS products
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA or similar product tools
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design processes
  • Fluent English (additional languages a plus)
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
  • A strong team-player mindset and the ability to prioritize ruthlessly

Bonus points if you have

  • Experience in HR Tech
  • Familiarity with Pay Transparency and Pay Equity frameworks (e.g., the EU Pay Transparency Directive)
  • Any additional European language

Why join us?

  • Your career, your design. Unleash your ambition in our dynamic, autonomous environment.
  • Drive meaningful change. Build a fairer future for every employee by joining a market leader that is improving the world of work.
  • Belong to something bigger. Collaborate with a passionate, diverse and talented team around the globe.
