About ARQ

ARQ is one of the fastest-growing fintechs in the world. Our mission is to redefine how people interact with money across borders, building the infrastructure to move value seamlessly. We’re still early in our journey, which means every person who joins shapes the future of our product, culture, and growth. If you’re excited by big challenges, global impact, and the chance to grow fast with a world-class team, ARQ is the place to do it.

The role

As a Product Manager at ARQ you will think like a founder: curious about the why, ruthless about priorities, and at your best when things move fast. You’re fine with not having all the answers, you learn quickly, and you do whatever it takes to win.

You’ll own a product end to end, from discovery through delivery, combining user obsession, sharp data instincts, and fast execution. You’ll work directly with founders, engineers, and designers to build financial products that millions of people depend on, and you’ll be expected to set the bar for product quality at ARQ from day one.

What you'll be doing
  • Own the vision, roadmap, and delivery of your product area, from a rough idea to a feature.

  • Drive product execution with speed alongside a world-class team of engineers, designers, and operators - and do whatever it takes to launch.

  • Deeply understand our users, their behaviors, frustrations, and unmet needs through data, customer interviews, and market insights.

  • Define and track success metrics, using data to guide prioritization and validate every decision.

  • Lead partnerships with external providers - banks, processors, data vendors - when relevant to your domain.

  • Contribute meaningfully to the development of ARQ’s product management processes as we scale AI across our team.

What you'll need
  • Previous experience thriving somewhere demanding, like MBB, a high-growth startup, or somewhere shipping products millions of people use.

  • Strong data instincts. You define metrics before you build and use them to drive decisions after.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication. You translate complexity into clarity for engineers and executives.

  • A bias to action and comfort with ambiguity. You might not always have all the answers but can iterate quickly.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities without losing momentum.

Nice-to-haves
  • Experience in fintech, payments, or a highly regulated consumer product environment.

  • Experience at a high-growth startup from early to scale stage.

  • Experience building or scaling financial products in Latin America

  • Spanish or Portuguese language skills

Benefits
  • Competitive salary and benefits

  • Stock options, so you own part of what you build

  • Discretionary performance bonus

  • The latest tools and technology

  • A world-class team that will challenge and grow your skills

  • Office Policy: 3-4 days a week in-office
