  • Communicating the story detail and priorities to ensure the team aligns and agrees on the plan

  • Collaborating with other Product team members, Engineering, QA, and Delivery to ensure common processes are being adhered to for consistency across the product portfolio

  • Writing requirements and user acceptance criteria to meet the Definition of Ready, and validating that completed work meets its Definition of Done

  • Ensuring operational training, documentation and testing is completed as appropriate and in good time for the product to be rolled out and adopted into BAU

  • Managing, overseeing and contributing to 3rd line support for the product

  • Ensuring product meets targets for customer SLAs and tracking data quality expectations

  • Defining success metrics, objectives and key results and monitoring the data to help make business decisions

  • Understanding the end-to-end operational experience and dependencies

  • Being accountable for the created product, delivering in the product model and communicating the product needs with business partners

  • Acting as an ambassador for the product internally and externally and as the primary contact for queries related to the product

  • Researching and analysing competitors and the market to inform the strategic roadmap for the product and contribute towards the wider product vision

  • Occasional international travel to meet users and customers
