  • Translate business and technical requirements into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Prioritize backlogs and manage the lifecycle of enhancements, customizations, and integrations across Atlassian tools.
  • Help drive proofs of concept on new tools, plug-ins, and integrations.
  • Communicate new features and enhancements to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain clear, comprehensive documentation, training materials, and knowledge base articles to support and empower both internal teams and end-users in getting the most out of the Atlassian suite.
  • Drive training, onboarding, and change management initiatives.
  • Stay current with Atlassian’s roadmap, product updates, and best practices, and make proactive recommendations.
  • Measure and communicate the impact of changes and enhancements via metrics and reporting dashboards

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in product ownership, business systems analysis, or internal tools management.
  • Deep knowledge of the Atlassian ecosystem (Jira, JSM, Confluence, etc) along with experience configuring and administering such applications.
  • Knowledge of data analytics.
  • Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and conflicting priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Demonstrated success in owning tool roadmaps, gathering requirements, and delivering process and productivity improvements.
  • Excellent communication skills and a knack for translating technical concepts into non-technical language.
  • Experience working in Agile oriented organizations.
  • Strong English skills both written and verbal.

We offer*:

  • Flexible working format - remote, office-based or flexible
