Your key responsibilities as a Product Operations Specialist will include:
- Maintaining and managing product-related data and metrics to provide actionable insights for the product management team.
- Tracking team progress across initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives and timely reporting to leadership.
- Regularly updating dashboards and reports in tools like Aha! to visualize performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with Product Managers to streamline operations and ensure adherence to governance standards.
- Assisting the pricing team by providing data-driven input and facilitating cross-functional communication.
- Partnering closely with the Head of Product Operations and Strategy to shape and execute the overall product operations strategy.
You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Product Operations Specialist:
- Proven experience in an operations, product manager/owner, or analyst role, keeping track of progress and tackling any obstacles that arise.
- Background preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Familiarity with Aha! or similar product management tools.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in working with data to inform decision-making.
- BI experience (ideally Power BI or Tableau)
- Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on cross-team collaboration.
