About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Product Operations Manager to drive efficiency, scale our product processes, and enable data-driven decision-making across our product organization. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Go-to-Market teams to build the operational backbone that accelerates product delivery and enhances product impact.

Key Responsibilities

Process Design & Optimization

  • Define, document, and continuously improve end-to-end product workflows: ideation, discovery, development, launch, and iteration.
  • Standardize tools and templates (e.g. backlog management, prioritization frameworks, idea repositories) to reduce duplication and enhance team fungibility.
Data & Analytics Enablement
  • Build and maintain real-time dashboards (e.g. Power BI) to surface product performance, data-quality metrics, and customer usage insights.
  • Partner with Data Engineering to break down silos and automate reporting, reducing manual resolution times from days to seconds.
Customer & Market Insights
  • Facilitate JTBD customer interviews and focus groups; synthesize findings into clear, actionable insights that validate business cases and inform roadmaps.
  • Market-size new opportunities and produce risk-adjusted assessments for emerging standards and regulations.
Cross-functional Program Leadership
  • Orchestrate cross-disciplinary task forces to roll out process transformation initiatives (e.g. centralized knowledge bases, AI-augmented discovery).
  • Drive governance and communications, ensuring colleagues from Engineering, Sales, Legal, and Compliance stay aligned.
Tooling & Automation
  • Evaluate, implement, and champion product operations tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Asana, PowerApps) that support scalable project intake and tracking.
  • Implement Discovery management and tracking tools (e.g. Dovetail or Airtable)
  • Pilot AI/ML methods (LLMs) to automate synthesis of research, workshop materials, and persona generation.
Training & Enablement
  • Develop training modules and workshops to onboard new best practices, tools, and metrics — using self-service content to save time and costs.
  • Serve as an internal consultant on sustainability, compliance, and emerging market opportunities, presenting to executive and client audiences.
Qualifications & Skills

Experience

  • 8+ years in Product, Program, or Operations roles within technology or financial services environments.
  • Record of driving $10M+ in incremental revenue through operational excellence and process innovation.
Education
  • MBA (preferred: Strategy/Change Management) and/or technical postgraduate degree (e.g. MS in Engineering, Computer Science), or equivalent experience.
Technical Skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI (or equivalent BI tools), with hands-on dashboard development.
  • Strong familiarity with Agile tooling (Jira, Confluence), Microsoft 365 (Lists, PowerApps), and product analytics platforms.
  • Hands-on experience repurposing LLMs or AI methods to automate workflows and documentation.
Analytical & Strategic Thinking
  • Expert at market-sizing, opportunity assessments, and translating qualitative interviews into quantitative business cases.
Leadership & Communication
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, able to influence C-suite and cross-functional teams.
  • Skilled facilitator of workshops and training sessions, with experience presenting to internal and external audiences.
Soft Skills
  • Highly organized, process-oriented, and detail-focused.
  • Collaborative mentality with a passion for continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in RegTech or Payments (e.g., EU’s Verification of Payees standard).
  • Background in sustainability initiatives within financial services.
  • Track record of developing customer-facing training modules or published thought-leadership (e.g., blogs, speaking engagements).
