Role Purpose:

We are looking for a skilled Product Operations Manager to lead the definition, implementation, and continuous improvement of Accelya Product Management (PM) processes.

Product Operations represents an important pillar of Accelya’s Product Strategy, and as Product Management evolves rapidly in the Enterprise Software industry, this role will be crucial to contribute to the scalability and growth of the company.

To excel in this job, it is key to be a champion in evaluating and enhancing the consistency and efficiency of the PM framework, across all product teams and in close connection with the team of Software Engineering. Also, developing improvement strategies, presenting them to management and implementing the approved related changes are primary responsibilities of this role.

The Product Operations Manager will analyze the results of such adopted changes and ensure they’re yielding the desired outcomes. Creating and maintaining process documents, ensuring strategic PM activities are prioritized, and conducting audits are also important tasks. The ultimate objective for this role is maximizing operational efficiency across the organization, through standardization, support, and control of the PM processes under the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage Product Management processes and tooling, from definition to implementation and improvement.

  • Support Product Managers and Owners in adopting the defined processes and gather their feedback for continuous improvement.

  • Own both product and technology operations, to empower both teams with optimal performance.

  • Coordinate the creation of the product roadmaps and track progress in coordination with the PMO as well as centralize and review business cases.

  • Champion the Product Management tool Aha! and support its users.

  • Support onboarding/training of new Product Managers and Owners.

  • Analyze the efficiency and costs of existing business processes, and present process improvement reports.

Knowledge, Experience & Skills:

  • 5+ years of work experience in Operations and/or Product Management (preferably in Enterprise Software).

  • Deep understanding of business management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple asynchronous and multicultural teams.

  • Experience with Product Management and Development tools (particularly Aha! and Jira).

  • Experience with Agile methodologies (particularly SAFe) is highly appreciated.

  • Understanding of Lean Six Sigma or other continuous performance improvement methodologies is appreciated.

  • Strong ability with Microsoft Office toolset for reporting and presentations.

  • Self-motivation and a strong entrepreneurial spirit, with an analytical and process-oriented mindset.

  • Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree (product/business management, computer science, or relevant field).

What We Offer:

  • An open and dynamic working environment with opportunities to engage in intellectually stimulating projects.
  • Exposure to senior stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Options for hybrid/remote/office work.
  • A strong emphasis on work-life balance.
  • A multicultural environment that fosters collaboration and innovation.
