Are you excited by the idea of helping scale a fast-growing tech business across London, Mumbai and Austin?

Do you want to build a career in Product Operations while working with cutting-edge GenAI tools?

If so, we’d love to hear from you!

About us

Fospha is dedicated to building the world's most powerful measurement solution for online retail. For over a decade, we've helped teams make smarter decisions with full-funnel marketing insights, forecasting, and optimisation. With Fospha, every team moves faster and grows smarter. Trusted by over 200 leading brands across three continents, including Huel, Oh Polly, and Represent, Fospha manages $3 billion in annual ad spend. We're scaling fast across London, Mumbai, and Austin – and we're now looking for a Product Operations Executive to join our Product team to support the growth of the business by driving operational excellence across alpha and beta programs.

Ready to make your mark? Let’s go! 🚀

The Role

As Product Operations Executive, you’ll be the operational backbone of our alpha and beta programs and the bridge between Product Management (PM) and Product Marketing (PMM). You’ll drive process adoption, keep our customer pilots running smoothly, and ensure that PMs, PMMs, and wider stakeholders have clear, timely visibility of progress, risks, and outcomes. You’ll manage documentation, trackers, and communications so PMs can focus on product decisions and PMMs can focus on positioning, messaging, and go-to-market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive process improvements and adoption across the product team.
  • Create and maintain templated documentation (discovery notes, status updates, trackers, comms templates) and ensure consistent usage.
  • Act as Slack and Notion owner for product spaces, applying best practices and keeping information accurate and easy to navigate.
  • Own the health and status of all alpha and beta programs, coordinating stage gate reviews and sharing concise summaries.
  • Lead weekly product discovery sessions: prepare agendas, capture structured notes, and share recaps with stakeholders.
  • Support project plans for alpha/beta rollouts, maintaining customer and communication trackers, meeting bookings, and timelines.
  • Manage end-to-end client engagement once a client accepts, ensuring meetings, agendas, and outcomes are documented.
  • Report on all initiatives and customer activity, leveraging automation tools for efficient status updates.
  • Provide regular progress updates to leadership on programme health, risks, and milestones.
  • Own the training schedule for the product team and maintain a central training hub.
  • Act as the link between PM and PMM, ensuring insights and learnings are captured and shared to inform go-to-market plans.
  • In addition to your core responsibilities, we expect you to be excited by the opportunity GenAI brings and find new ways of working utilising our GenAI hub!

What we’re looking for

We hire for potential – you should apply if you:

  • You have 1+ years’ experience in Product Operations, Project/Program Coordination, PMO, or Customer Success Operations, ideally in a tech or product-led environment.
  • Demonstrate experience managing documentation, trackers, and meeting cadences across multiple stakeholders.
  • Can implement and drive adoption of processes, templates, and best practices.
  • Are comfortable with tools like Notion, Confluence, Google Workspace, Slack, and can create simple Gantt charts.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to produce clear summaries and leadership-ready updates.
  • Experience working directly with PM and PMM teams (ideal)
  • Exposure to alpha/beta programs or early-access initiatives (ideal)
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled tools for call summaries, reporting, or automation (ideal)

Our Values and Principles

You will be able to demonstrate examples of our core principles:

  • Seek inclusion & diversity: We create an environment where everyone feels welcome, and people are encouraged to speak and be heard.
  • Work Hard, Work Well, Work Together: We take responsibility for making things happen, independently and together; we help colleagues in need and close loops, making sure our work is complete and has lasting impact.
  • Grow: We are proactive, curious and unafraid of failure.
  • Customer at the heart: We care about the customer, feel their pain and love building product that solves their biggest problems.
  • Candour with caring: We deliver candid feedback with kindness and receive it with gratitude.

What we can offer you

  • Be part of a leading global venture builder, Blenheim Chalcot and learn from incredible talent.
  • Exposure to challenges and learning opportunities.
  • Flexible benefits including Private Medical and Dental, Gym Subsidiaries, Life Assurance, Pension scheme etc.
  • 25 days of paid holiday + your birthday off!
  • Free snacks in the office!
  • Quarterly team socials.
