We're looking for an experienced Product Marketing specialist to shape and own our go-to-market strategy across product lines. This role is crucial to how we communicate value, win competitive deals, scale adoption, and define our category.

You will lead positioning, messaging, GTM strategy, sales enablement, and cross-functional alignment across Product, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams. If you thrive at the intersection of market insight, storytelling, and commercial impact, this is the role for you.

Your main responsibilities:
  • Define clear, differentiated positioning and value propositions for products, features, and verticals.
  • Lead competitive intelligence and ensure our differentiation is clear and provable.
  • Position the company as a category leader through strategic storytelling.
  • Build and execute GTM plans for new product launches, feature releases, and regional expansions.
  • Partner with Product to influence roadmap through customer and market insights.
  • Coordinate launch workstreams across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and Product.
  • Partner with Product to execute ‘the voice-of-customer’ interviews, research, and behavioural data.
  • Build detailed ICPs, buyer personas, and customer journeys.
  • Monitor trends, competitors, and the broader SaaS/RaaS landscape.
  • Lead the creation and maintenance of value-based assets for sales teams (decks, battlecards, ROI models, one-pagers, playbooks).

Required Qualifications:

  • 5–10+ years of B2B Product Marketing experience in SaaS, robotics, AI, automation, or complex technical products preferably in RaaS hardware + software businesses, supply chain, logistics or industrial automation.
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills; able to translate technical products into business value - a natural storyteller.
  • Demonstrated success launching products and owning GTM strategies, especially in global expansion or multi-region GTM.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership, especially working with Product and Sales, hence collaborative and influence-driven.
  • Proven ability to create compelling messaging frameworks and sales enablement materials.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous, high-growth environments.
  • Should be a strategic thinker who can also get hands-on, data driven but customer obsessed, adaptable but resilient, commercially minded and focused on impact.

Benefits
