With an unprecedented scale of >160bn daily ad requests from 2bn+ unique users worldwide, we serve more than 500M ads per day to 180 countries. Kayzen is accessible through our APIs or user interface.

The Team
Join me as the second member of our marketing team, where we collaborate very closely with stakeholders across various departments to drive our strategy forward. You’ll work with a diverse, globally distributed team that includes customer success, sales, data science, design, supply, product, and more. Together, we are highly motivated and united in our quest to disrupt the multi-billion dollar mobile ad-tech industry.

Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly proactive Product Marketing Manager who will take full ownership of product marketing. The ideal candidate will develop and execute product marketing strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide data-driven campaign recommendations to market Kayzen’s products and services.

1. Product Marketing:

  • Develop and execute product marketing strategies to effectively promote Kayzen’s products to existing and potential clients.
  • Lead the creation of compelling product marketing content, crafting strong narratives around Kayzen’s products and solutions.
  • Collaborate with the product team to ensure marketing messages align with product features.
  • Educate internal departments on new product releases and messaging.
  • Engage regularly with customers and internal teams to gather feedback, understand market needs, and identify trends to refine product marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with sales and customer success teams to ensure marketing execution is aligned with business objectives and driven by customer insights.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing strategies against team KPIs.

2. Digital Marketing (Desirable)

  • Manage and enhance the company’s website, leveraging analytics and SEO strategies to boost visibility and engagement.
  • Utilize tools like Hubspot to track marketing metrics, continuously seeking ways to improve them.
  • Design and implement lead generation and nurturing campaigns across various channels.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably at a startup, with a proven track record.
  • Deep understanding of the programmatic advertising landscape, including mobile advertising trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Experience with marketing platforms and tools, such as HubSpot and WordPress, is a plus.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, capable of engaging a B2B audience.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both in writing and speaking.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong passion for the mobile marketing and app advertising industry.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and international environment.
  • Proven capacity to work and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority, particularly in sales, customer success, and product management.
