🚀 Join fiskaly! Help Us Simplify Tax Compliance for Millions

Millions of people interact with fiskaly every day, even if they never notice it. We're the company behind compliance at the point of sale and e-invoicing — the invisible layer that keeps receipts tamper-proof, fights tax fraud, and helps merchants across Europe ditch paper for good.

It's B2B, it's regulatory, and yes, it's complex. But our mission is simple: make tax compliance easy for everyone. If you want to build the infrastructure that quietly powers commerce for millions — you're in the right place.

💼 The Role

European fiscalization and e-invoicing are fragmented, technical and deadline-driven. Every country has its own rules, its own timelines and its own competitive dynamics. Our buyers: POS manufacturers, PMS and ERP vendors, retailers, resellers  are not tax experts, and they do not want to become them. They want to know what a mandate means for them and what to do about it.

That translation is your job. You will own positioning and messaging for our products across markets, drive go-to-market for new launches and country expansions, and turn dense regulatory requirements into value propositions that land with a technical partner in Munich and a retail chain in Madrid alike.

This is a senior individual contributor role with a wide surface area. You will work closely with Product, Compliance, Demand Gen, Content, Sales and our country teams.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

  • Own product positioning and messaging for fiskaly's fiscalization and e-invoicing products (SIGN, RECEIPT, E-INVOICE, SAFE) across multiple European markets
  • Define and continuously sharpen our ICPs and buyer personas, POS manufacturers, retailers, resellers, PMS and ERP vendors, and equip Demand Gen with the segmentation, pain points and messaging they need to convert them
  • Drive go-to-market strategy for new product launches and country/regulation expansions
  • Translate complex regulatory and technical requirements into clear, accurate value propositions
  • Build and maintain sales enablement material, battlecards, one-pagers, demo scripts with Sales and Customer Success
  • Own competitive intelligence and market research across the fragmented European compliance landscape
  • Feed market and customer signal into the product roadmap in partnership with Product Management
  • Keep messaging consistent across DACH, Spain, Italy and our other country teams, with an ear for local nuance
  • Supply the Content team with ideas at scale and shape campaign concepts with Demand Generation
  • Track regulatory calendars (KassenSichV, RKSV, Verifactu, NF525, and what comes next)  these are effectively our market events
👀 What You Bring
  • 7+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing, ideally in regulated/compliance, fintech or infrastructure software
  • A proven track record positioning a technically complex or regulated product for buyers who are not experts in it
  • Product launches and GTM plans you have owned end to end — not contributed to
  • Strong command of positioning and messaging frameworks
  • Experience managing messaging across multiple countries and languages
  • Hands-on sales enablement content creation
  • Familiarity with competitive intelligence tools and processes
  • Excellent written English and the ability to make complexity feel simple without losing accuracy
  • Comfort with ambiguity, shifting regulatory timelines and briefs that are not fully formed
  • Cultural sensitivity across DACH, Southern Europe and the Nordics

Strong plus

  • Experience in fiscalization, tax-tech, payments, or POS/retail tech
  • Swedish, German, French, Spanish or Italian in addition to English
  • Experience working alongside legal or compliance functions on customer-facing messaging
✅ What We Offer
  • A team that gives you space to grow, take ownership, and learn from trying
  • 25 vacation days per year if you're based in Austria
  • Flexible working hours and a hybrid work setup
  • Budget for personal and professional development
  • Hardware of your choice (Windows, Linux, or Mac)
  • A company culture that values clarity, well-being, and good work over noise
✨ Why fiskaly?

We work on real problems that have impact, not vanity projects. Our team is pragmatic, direct, and focused on building solid tech for an industry that needs it. We care about how things work, not how they look on paper.

If that resonates, you’ll probably enjoy working here.
