What Do We Do?

Triple Whale is the complete intelligence platform that helps ecommerce brands confidently understand what's working in their business, what's not, and what they should do next.
We pull all your data into one place, give you the measurement tools to actually trust it, then use the smartest AI in the industry to translate it into insights and recommendations. From there, you get tools to put those insights to work — from AI agents that generate creative and take action on your behalf, to automations that make the rest of your tech stack smarter and more effective.
More than 60,000 brands like Pressed Juicery, Ouai and True Classic trust Triple Whale to grow faster with fewer resources — uncovering opportunities and acting on them at a scale that would be impossible manually.

Why Triple Whale needs you

Triple Whale is redefining ecommerce and retail with agent-powered intelligence that helps brands make faster and more confident decisions. As our product roadmap accelerates, we need a seasoned Product Marketer who can sharpen our narrative, drive product launches that convert, and build the content engine that powers both sales and self-serve growth.

You'll own go-to-market for new capabilities, create the collateral that shortens deal cycles, and position Triple Whale as the platform ecommerce brands trust to scale smarter.

What you’ll do:
    • Own product launches and GTM strategy — Partner with Product on launches, create messaging that differentiates us, and build sales enablement materials (pitch decks, playbooks, training) that help teams close deals
    • Become the market expert — Define and validate target audiences, run competitive analysis, and turn insights into positioning that cuts through the noise
    • Build the content engine — Produce demo videos, webinars, use-case guides, and sales playbooks that shorten deal cycles and drive adoption
    • Scale customer proof — Turn case studies from reactive to proactive so we always have fresh ROI stories across customer segments
    • Connect features to the platform story — Make sure every launch ties back to the full value of Triple Whale, not just individual features
    • Drive revenue impact — Work with sales, CS, and account management to push adoption of key features tied to bookings and expansion
What you’ll bring:
    • 2+ years of product marketing experience in high-growth B2B SaaS (ecommerce, martech, or analytics experience is a plus)
    • Fluency across both product-led and sales-assisted motions — you can optimize self-serve flows one day and enable enterprise AEs the next
    • Strong storytelling skills — you translate technical features into crisp, compelling value propositions
    • Content creation experience — comfortable producing demos, webinars, slide decks, and enablement materials at pace
    • Data-driven approach — you measure what matters, learn fast, and iterate
    • Strong ownership mentality — you take initiative and thrive in fast-moving environments
    • Natural collaborator — you bring Product, Sales, CS, Marketing, and more together around a unified story
Bonus points:
  • Hands‑on experience with AI/ML or agentic workflow products
