As a Product Marketing Manager you will join a diverse, passionate team, dedicated to powering the world’s payments ecosystem!


Job Summary:

The product marketing manager is responsible for contributing to the marketing strategy by way of message creation, positioning to support marketing campaigns for the product and solution area in support of go-to-market plans. He/she will implement marketing efforts by working with internal and external stakeholders and outside agencies to execute against go-to-market strategy and plans.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop marketing projects. Develops and executes initiatives to reach target audiences through appropriate channels
  • Write. Excellent written skills to successfully produce valuable collateral, engaging content, and deploy programs and other supporting materials
  • Collaborate. Build strategic relationships with key stakeholders to promote brand awareness, coordinate market research and marketing campaign efforts
  • Promote effectiveness of marketing. Plan with various marketing functions to achieve marketing effectiveness goals
  • Communicate. Uses strong communications skills to communicate progress and gaps across marketing and other departments
  • Track expenses. Manages tracking various projects budget and invests wisely
  • Track ROI. Build and deploy data driven models to track ROI
  • Increase company visibility. Perform market analysis and research competition with the end goal of increasing brand and company visibility
  • Develop campaigns. Works across marketing and product teams on messaging, sales enablement and marketing campaigns critical to the success of a product, develops loyalty and generates demand.
  • Produce product messaging. Works with product management teams and sales to develop relevant messaging.
  • Maintain value proposition. Focuses on maintaining a unique value proposition.
  • Develop content. Develops whitepapers, collateral and sales tools, including presentations, demos, and competitive write-ups.
  • Plan field events. Participates in planning for key industry events and trade shows.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Understand and adhere to all corporate policies to include but not limited to the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required for the job:

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field; Master's Degree preferred
  • 7+ years related experience
  • Payments industry knowledge
  • Strong writing and presentation skills
  • Optimizes best practices in marketing measurement
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration
  • Solid knowledge of various marketing and web tools
  • Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing elements and market research methods
