We are seeking a driven product marketer to enable the go-to-market programme of the Orgvue product.

About the role

You will play a central role in making Orgvue “fly off the shelf”, acting as the connective tissue between our product strategy and the sales and marketing activity that drives growth. You’ll develop a deep understanding of our customers’ buying teams, what motivates them, the challenges they face, and how decisions are shaped and influenced.

You’ll stay close to market and competitive dynamics, using these insights to shape compelling, differentiated value propositions and messaging. Working closely with the Head of Product Marketing, Product Management and Marketing teams, you’ll create clear, impactful sales toolkits and customer-facing materials that help teams confidently articulate the value of working with Orgvue.

This is a high-profile role that requires energy, a collaborative can-do approach and an absolute focus on doing what drives our business forwards.

Key responsibilities

Market intelligence

  • Be the expert on our buyers, who they are, how they buy and who they influence in the buying process
  • Become the internal voice of our clients, their challenges, and the problems we solve for them.
  • Build a deep understanding of our buyer journeys; where customers get information, and the what, when and why behind their decisions, and use these insights to shape our go-to-market assets and plans.
  • Know our competition, how they are positioned and how we should react

Create compelling go-to-market tools

  • Partner with Product Management, Sales, Marketing and Sales Enablement to define solutions and positioning that speak directly to buyer needs and accelerate purchasing decisions.
  • Own the development of sales and marketing assets, partnering with Marketing to deliver consistent messaging that supports growth and long-term customer relationships.
  • Plan the launches of new product features and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
  • Drive sales engagement and adoption of collateral and tools through effective enablement, including platforms, learning activities and clear, ongoing communication across channels such as sales meetings, newsletters and Teams.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years marketing, product marketing or product management with demonstrably keen business acumen
  • Ideally, experience in a business to business software company in the HR marketplace
  • A firm customer champion, obsessed with living in the minds of our clients
  • Strong sales-facing written and verbal communication skills. Able to confidently present to senior groups with a proven record of supporting sales to meet and exceed pipeline and revenue targets
  • Experience with sales enablement, CRM and marketing automation platforms
  • Superb leadership, communication, cross-functional team collaboration and project management skills
  • A dual-minded approach: highly creative and an excellent writer but also process-driven
  • Must have high energy, passion and a positive can-do attitude
