Reporting directly into our Product Marketing Lead you’ll be a key player during a transformative and high-impact period for the business.

What you’ll be doing:

This is a diverse and hands-on role. You’ll work collaboratively across multiple teams, helping us meet the needs of our market and drive sales success.

Core Responsibilities and OKRs:
  • Create impactful sales assets—pitch decks, battle cards, proof points, and case studies—that equip our GTM teams to confidently communicate our value and close deals faster.
  • Provide comprehensive, actionable insights on competitor pricing, positioning, and strategy—using SWOT analysis to sharpen our differentiation and support GTM decisions.
  • Market Trend Analysis: Monitor key trends and insights in the martech space to inform product direction and strategic narrative.
  • Shortening Sales Cycles: Identify content gaps, process improvements, and audience needs to drive more efficient sales conversations and faster decision-making.
Plus, you’ll also:
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to align campaigns and launches.
  • Stay close to our customers—uncover their pain points, needs, and language to inform messaging and product strategy.
  • Build and maintain a rich library of product marketing assets (one-pagers, decks, enablement guides, and more).
  • Refine our buyer personas and customer journey, supporting more tailored messaging and targeting.
We’d really like to hear from you if you have:
  • A minimum 3 years’ experience in a B2B SaaS product marketing role
  • Hands-on experience in sales enablement, creating pitch decks, battle cards, proof points, and other tools that support sales success.
  • A track record of improving win rates by equipping sales teams with the right messaging, content, and competitive positioning.
  • A strategic mindset when it comes to competitive intelligence—you’ve mapped competitors, analysed pricing and positioning, and can confidently run a SWOT analysis.
  • A keen eye for market trends and the ability to turn insights into action.
  • Strong experience partnering with sales and product teams to drive go-to-market strategies.
  • A love for the customer - you naturally think from the end user's perspective.
