Company Description

At Streem, we are building the next generation SaaS platform to empower the commercial management of renewable energy assets. Our mission is to accelerate the energy transition by enabling asset managers, investors, and operators to extract more value from their renewable portfolios.

Job Description

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and the renewable energy market, and reports directly to the CEO. We are seeking someone with a solid understanding of the sector who can actively follow market and regulatory developments and translate these into actionable insights for our busy product and sales teams. You will be responsible for shaping how we position our product, communicate its value, and bring new features to market, ensuring our messaging is always informed by the latest industry context.

On the day-to-day, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Define and execute product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for new products and features, ensuring successful launches, strong market adoption, and clear communication of product value to target audiences.

  • Work closely with product and sales teams to ensure customer needs are translated into impactful product stories, and help define target personas for the product.

  • Create and deliver compelling materials and messaging to support the sales team, and occasionally develop tailored, ad-hoc content for specific leads

  • Manage campaigns, webinars, and social media activities to generate inbound leads.

  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform product strategy

  • Develop deep expertise in the energy sector by monitoring local regulations and policy developments, providing the sales team with insights that can be translated into powerful value propositions for clients and developed into strong content.

  • Continuously follow broader market trends to identify common themes and emerging opportunities that can shape both product positioning and client engagement.

Qualifications

We are open to different backgrounds for this role. You may already have experience as a Product Marketing Manager (or a similar go-to-market role), ideally combined with knowledge of renewable energy markets. Alternatively, you may come from the renewable energy sector (e.g. asset management, trading, consulting, operations) with strong expertise in the industry and a clear appetite to grow into a product marketing role.

In both cases, we are looking for someone with:

Requirements (must-have):

  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in product or product marketing, business development, consulting, or a similar role within the renewable energy sector (wind, solar, storage, or related sectors).

  • Solid expertise and knowledge of renewable energy markets, including familiarity with regulatory and policy dynamics.

  • Strong communication skills in English and the ability to turn complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives

  • Curiosity and motivation to bridge the gap between product, market, and customer needs.

  • Basic Design Skills: Ability to create visually compelling materials for sales, marketing, and product storytelling (e.g., decks, infographics, social media posts) without always relying on a designer

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with digital marketing techniques such as marketing funnels, email sequences, growth hacking and lead nurturing to support inbound growth initiatives.

  • Experience in SaaS, B2B software, or product marketing roles would be a plus
