We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to be the critical bridge between Product, Sales, and Customer Success, ensuring our platform’s value is strategically positioned, effectively communicated, and powerfully marketed. You will own key initiatives—from crafting compelling messaging and sharpening competitive positioning to extracting deep customer insights—all with the goal of making Choco stand out in a dynamic and competitive landscape.

Success in this role requires a data-driven, customer-obsessed, and execution-focused marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

Product Positioning & Messaging

  • Develop clear and compelling messaging that resonates with our target audience and differentiates our products in the market.

  • Collaborate with Product Managers to translate complex features into simple, value-driven narratives.

  • Build and maintain product playbooks, battle cards, and competitive positioning frameworks that work seamlessly for the sales organization.

Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy & Launches

  • Lead and execute GTM strategies for new features and product launches, ensuring seamless rollout and adoption.

  • Define launch goals, messaging, positioning, and channel strategies to maximize impact.

  • Work with the broader Choco team to develop thought leadership, case studies, blog posts, and product-related content.

  • Develop and refine in-platform and in-app strategies to drive user acquisition and growth, focusing on seamless onboarding flows, intuitive guided experiences, and frictionless conversions.

Customer & Market Insights

  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to refine messaging and acquisition strategies.

  • Analyze user behavior, activation patterns, and drop-off points to optimize customer journeys.

  • Work closely with Product and Data teams to turn insights into data-driven growth strategies.

Sales Enablement & Content

  • Develop sales collateral, one-pagers, battle cards, and training materials to support customer acquisition.

  • Train sales teams on new features, messaging, and competitive differentiation.

  • Work with your marketing team to develop landing pages, case studies, blog content, and video assets that drive conversions.

Who you are:

  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally in SaaS, food tech, B2B, or a related industry.

  • Strong understanding of product positioning, messaging, and storytelling.

  • Experience developing GTM strategies and launching successful products.

  • Ability to analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Hands-on experience with sales enablement and content creation.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Knowledge of marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, etc.).

  • A deep understanding & fluency of the English language, with the ability to leverage tone, nuance, and wordplay effectively across different contexts.

Nice to have's

  • Experience in food tech, supply chain, or B2B marketplaces.

Familiarity with PLG (product-led growth) strategies.
