What is Amplemarket all about?

Amplemarket's premise is that a lot of the playbooks used by B2B sales teams that worked 5 years ago don't cut it anymore.

In today's environment, sales teams need to have a tremendous amount of information about their prospects to decide when is the best moment and channel to reach out in the most relevant way. You can't do this with 5 different data/sales enablement point solutions that don't share the same data schema and barely communicate with each other. Amplemarket is the all-in-one compound solution that enables this.

Our AI-powered sales platform helps B2B companies generate more opportunities thanks to our advanced lead generation engine, hyper-personalized sequencing, omnichannel outreach, and AI-powered smart actions. We are backed by Y Combinator, and we are powering the sales teams at some of the fastest-growing companies in the world like Deel, Moveworks, H1 and Vanta.

We’re looking for a driven Product Marketing Manager to join our team at Amplemarket. You’ll develop and execute go-to-market strategies, craft compelling product narratives, and work with cross-functional teams to drive adoption and growth. Your efforts will shape how we position our product’s value, engage with customers, and differentiate ourselves in a competitive SaaS landscape.

You will:

  • Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature updates, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Create clear, differentiated messaging to position our products effectively in the market.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, Design, and Customer Support teams to develop sales enablement materials, marketing content, and launch plans that drive product adoption and market awareness.
  • Develop high-impact marketing collateral including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and website content. Ensure materials are aligned with product positioning and sales strategy.
  • Use market research, customer data, and competitive analysis to inform product positioning, pricing strategies, and messaging.
  • Conduct customer interviews, surveys, and competitor benchmarking to drive data-driven decisions.

  • Lead product launches from start to finish, including developing messaging, sales training materials, promotional campaigns, and ensuring seamless execution across channels.
  • Define KPIs for product marketing initiatives and continuously measure the effectiveness of campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize impact.

Who we're looking for:

  • 3+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing, with a proven track record of driving successful go-to-market strategies and product launches.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, managing multiple projects with precision.

  • Ability to translate complex product and technical features into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, working effectively with Sales, Product, and Design teams to drive product adoption.

  • Deep understanding of customer pain points and a passion for using insights to shape product messaging and strategy.

  • Skilled at gathering and leveraging customer feedback to continuously refine marketing initiatives.

  • Comfortable analyzing market trends, competitive landscapes, and product performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.

  • A creative thinker with a results-driven mindset, continuously optimizing marketing efforts for measurable impact.

  • Adaptable to rapid changes, able to navigate uncertainty while making a meaningful impact.
