  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure seamless product launches and effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers to understand their specific goals, acting as a bridge between product and commercial performance. Establish a continuous feedback loop that informs product managers of market performance against intended KPIs.
  • Create compelling product messaging and value propositions tailored to target audiences, including quick service restaurants (QSRs), takeaways, franchises, and restaurant chains.
  • Develop and deliver enablement materials, alongside the Sales Enablement Manager, such as product guides, sales decks, and training resources, to support the Sales and Customer Success teams.
  • Partner with the Demand Generation team to align product marketing initiatives with broader marketing acquisition, client retention, and customer growth campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on product performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation to ensure alignment and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally within the technology or SaaS industry,
  • Experience working across a multi-faceted product portfolio, and working closely with multiple product managers
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful go-to-market strategies
  • Experience working across the full product lifecycle, from initial launch to long-term adoption, ensuring the product suite remains successful, relevant, and valuable throughout its lifecycle
  • Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and the challenges faced by restaurant owners is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for crafting clear and compelling messaging.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends to inform strategy.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Adept at working with a high performing sales team, and enthusiastic network of channel partners.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with competing priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).

Why Join Flipdish?

  • Be part of a high-growth, globally recognised unicorn company leading the charge in food-tech innovation.
  • Collaborate with a talented and diverse team committed to transforming the hospitality industry.
  • Opportunity to work on a broad range of innovative products that make a tangible difference for our customers.
  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Flexible hybrid working environment close to our London or Dublin offices.
