Purpose of the Role

The Product Marketing Manager will shape how Natterbox's story reaches the market, translating product capability into positioning, messaging and content that helps prospects and customers understand why Natterbox wins, particularly within the Financial Services sector. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Marketing, ensuring that everything we build is understood, differentiated, and easy to sell.

Core Accountabilities

Positioning & Messaging: Own core product positioning and messaging for Natterbox, ensuring consistency across sales collateral, website, campaigns, and Salesforce partner communications.

Sector Go-to-Market: Lead product marketing for all verticals, working with Sales and Alliances to build sector-specific narratives, proof points, and competitive framing.

Sales Enablement: Create and maintain battlecards, pitch decks, ROI/value materials, and objection-handling content that reps can use in live deals.

Launch Management: Plan and run go-to-market launches for new features and releases, coordinating with Product, Sales, and Customer Success.

Competitive Intelligence: Track competitor positioning and market moves, feeding insight back into sales conversations and campaign planning.

 Content & Campaigns: Partner with the wider Marketing team on campaign messaging, case studies, and thought leadership that support pipeline generation targets.

Customer & Market Insight: Gather customer and prospect feedback to sharpen messaging and inform the product roadmap.


Requirements

Essential

Proven B2B SaaS product marketing experience, ideally in a scale-up or high-growth environment.

Strong written communication skills - able to translate technical or complex product capability into clear, compelling customer-facing messaging.

Experience building sales enablement content (battlecards, pitch decks, competitive positioning).

Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Account Management.

Experience using AI tools to accelerate research, drafting and analysis.

Desirable

Experience marketing into Financial Services or another regulated sector.

Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem (AppExchange, ISV partners) or contact centre/CX/telephony technology.

Experience working with Systems Integrator or channel partners.
