About the Role

We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) with 3–5 years of experience to join our global team. This role is ideal for a storyteller and strategist who can lead positioning in the market and equip our sales teams and partners with the tools they need to win.

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a significant role within the wider Product team, working across Product, Sales, and Marketing to balance hands-on enablement execution with opportunities to influence strategic positioning and go-to-market planning. You will own messaging and GTM with a particular focus on Public Safety, including law enforcement, critical infrastructure, emergency management, and government agencies.

Why You’ll Love This Role

  • You’ll be both hands-on and strategic, shaping our market story while building the sales tools that directly drive impact.
  • You’ll have the opportunity to influence positioning and GTM strategy, working closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales leadership.
  • You’ll be the storyteller who translates technical capabilities across SaaS platforms, hardware, and services into narratives that resonate with government agencies, public safety organisations, enterprises, and digital-first buyers.
  • You’ll develop deep expertise in complex, mission-critical verticals, with Public Safety as a key area of focus.
  • You’ll see your work in action across high-visibility product launches and critical sales cycles, with a direct line of sight to revenue impact.

What You’ll Do

Positioning & Messaging

  • Support the development of value propositions and messaging frameworks tailored to key verticals and buyer personas.
  • Translate technical product features into compelling, customer-centric narratives that connect technology to business and operational outcomes.
  • Create competitive insights and battlecards to differentiate our solutions in the market.
  • Build a strong working understanding of the regulatory, procurement, and operational context of Public Safety (e.g. law enforcement, emergency management, government agencies).

Sales Enablement

  • Develop enablement tools such as demo narratives, discovery question frameworks, and objection-handling guides to support sales teams across complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Build and maintain playbooks, decks, one-pagers, FAQs, and ROI calculators suited to different buyer types, including enterprise and public sector procurement processes.
  • Deliver enablement training for sales teams and channel partners, ensuring readiness across target verticals.
  • Track adoption and effectiveness of enablement content, iterating based on win/loss data and field feedback.

Go-to-Market (GTM) & Launches

  • Partner with Product Management, marketing, sales and other stakeholders on product and feature launches, defining GTM motions suited to Public Safety.
  • Prepare GTM assets, including launch decks, messaging briefs, and customer-facing materials.
  • Act as an internal and external evangelist, representing the company at tradeshows, conferences, webinars, and partner sessions.

Customer Stories & Insights

  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to create case studies, testimonials, and solution briefs across key use cases.
  • Gather market and customer insights to refine positioning and GTM approaches.
  • Engage directly with customers by attending meetings, demonstrations, and tradeshows to build understanding and strengthen relationships.
  • Use AI-powered research tools to accelerate competitive intelligence, voice-of-customer synthesis, and market trend analysis.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, or related roles in B2B SaaS, hardware, or technology solutions.
  • Experience working with or marketing to public safety, government, or mission-critical communication markets is highly desirable. Experience in video-related applications is also a bonus.
  • A strategic storyteller with strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complexity for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven experience creating sales collateral, enablement programs, and GTM content for complex, enterprise or government sales cycles.
  • Cross-functional collaborator who thrives working with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.
  • Deep customer empathy, with the ability to understand buyer challenges and craft narratives that connect technology to business outcomes.
  • Strong ability to translate technical solutions into business value across different buyer types and verticals.
  • Comfortable leveraging AI tools to support market research, content creation, competitive analysis, and sales enablement.
